This is the sound that you will hear when the receiver first answers the phone. If the user has selected ‘bell’, then they will hear a bell chime when the receiver answers the phone.

Steps for setup:

  1. Go to General Settings tab

  2. Click on the “Answer Prompt” dropdown arrow

  3. Select the prompt you would like to be played when a receiver answers your call

  4. Start you call campaign
