1. Add Your Number

When you click “Add Personal Number” you will see a pop-up modal that says “Enter the phone number you’d like to add, then click “Call” or “Text”. We’ll send you a verification code you’ll need to enter on the next screen.”

  1. Call: When you select call, you will then receive a phone call from Storm and we will give you a pin. You will then enter the pin in the pop-up on the screen.

  2. Text: When you select text, you will then receive a text from Storm and we will give you a pin. You will then enter the pin in the pop-up on the screen.

2. Set Your Caller ID

Now that you have a verified phone number in Storm, you can use that number as your Caller ID. You can do this by opening the settings modal and clicking on the General Settings tab. You will see a field labeled as “Caller ID Number”. When you click on this you will see the phone number(s) that you have added. Select the number that you would like to be used as the caller ID. This is helpful if you happen to be using your cell phone to make the calls, but would like to have your office number show on the Caller ID.
