“When adding my Facebook lead trigger, is the lead contact information uploaded automatically into the CRM? I don’t see an action for add to contact list, just add contact tag. Or will I have to manually import the contacts?”


The Answer

No manual import is required!

As long as your Facebook integration is properly set up and your Facebook Lead Form is mapped correctly under Settings, leads will automatically be added to your Agent CRM contact list.

No trigger is required for the initial contact creation.

However, if you want to automatically assign tags, add leads to campaigns, or notify your team, you can set up a trigger to do so.


How to Ensure Facebook Leads Are Syncing Properly

Step 1: Verify Facebook Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Select “Facebook”
  3. Make sure your business page is connected

Step 2: Check Your Facebook Form Mapping

  1. Go to Settings > Facebook Form Fields Mapping
  2. Ensure the fields from your Facebook form (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) are mapped to the correct CRM fields
  3. Save your settings

🚨 If leads are not showing up in your contact list:

  • Double-check your integration settings
  • Confirm that your Facebook Form is correctly mapped
  • Make sure the permissions are enabled for Agent CRM to receive leads from Facebook
