“Could someone tell me how to get the Facebook link at the bottom of the Thank You page to work? I had people try and click it for a test run, but it didn’t do anything except take them back to the Thank You page.”

If the Facebook link on your Thank You page is not working correctly, it’s likely due to an incorrect URL format. To ensure the link properly allows users to share your Giveaway Funnel, you’ll need to modify the link structure.

How to Fix the Facebook Share Link

  1. Go to Your Thank You Page Editor

    • Inside Agent CRM, navigate to Sites → Funnels.
    • Select your Giveaway Funnel and open the Thank You Page for editing.

  2. Modify the Facebook Share Link

    • Replace the existing link with the correct format:
      https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u= + your Giveaway Funnel domain.
    • Example:
      https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://yourgiveawaypage.com

  3. Save and Test the Link

    • Click Save and then preview your Thank You page.
    • Try clicking the Facebook Share button to confirm that it opens Facebook’s share window.

Once updated, the button should correctly allow users to share your Giveaway Funnel on Facebook, helping you increase visibility and engagement.
