“I created my funnels and added the domains. Now my website URL goes directly to the opt-in page for my funnel. How do I undo that?”


The Solution

If your website URL is automatically redirecting to your opt-in page, it’s likely because the domain is still attached to a funnel inside Agent CRM. To undo this redirection, follow these steps:

Option 1: Remove the Domain from Agent CRM

  1. Go to Settings > Domains
  2. Find the domain that is currently assigned to your funnel
  3. Click “Delete” or “Remove”

🚨 Important: If you don’t want to remove the domain entirely but just want to change which funnel it is pointing to, you can reassign the domain to a different funnel in Agent CRM.


Option 2: Check and Update Your DNS Settings

If the issue continues after removing the domain from Agent CRM, it’s possible that the DNS settings at your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.) are still directing the domain to your funnel.

To update your DNS settings:

  1. Log in to your domain provider’s dashboard
  2. Locate the DNS settings for your domain
  3. Look for A Records or CNAME Records pointing to Agent CRM
  4. Remove or update those records to point to a different website or hosting provider

After making these changes, it may take up to 24 hours for the update to fully process across the internet.
