If you are trying to edit a survey inside the Giveaway Funnel and can only see the survey title but not the questions, this is because survey questions cannot be edited directly from the Funnel Builder. Instead, you need to go to the Survey Builder in Agent CRM.
How to Edit Your Survey Questions in Agent CRM

Go to the Survey Builder
- Navigate to Marketing → Surveys inside Agent CRM.

Locate Your Survey
- Find the survey titled “Getting to Know You” in the list.

Edit the Survey Questions
- Click on the survey to open the builder and edit, add, or remove questions.

Save and Apply Changes to the Funnel
- Once you’ve made your edits, your survey updates will automatically reflect in the Giveaway Funnel.
Why Can’t You Edit Surveys Inside the Funnel Builder?
- The Survey Builder is the main tool for creating and editing surveys.
- The Funnel Builder only allows you to embed a survey, but it does not let you modify the survey questions directly.
By going to Marketing → Surveys, you’ll be able to fully edit your survey and ensure it displays correctly in your Giveaway Funnel.
