Doran Burnside asked us, “I have a funnel set up and a trigger that adds them to a pipeline. Is there a way to add them ass a contact and not an opportunity. Just realized these leads are affecting my close rate and they aren’t true opportunities yet.”

“I wanted to answer here as well, just in case anyone else has this same question!
New leads are automatically added to your contacts page, so they are automatic “contacts.” If you don’t want the new leads to appear in your Pipeline as an opportunity, you can remove the “Add/Update Opportunity” step from your trigger. 🙂”
