Andy Lansing asked us, “Rookie question. I just recorded my voicemail on the crm. Where do I go to do the ringless voicemail now?”

“On the left side panel, click ‘Marketing’
Click, ‘Campaigns’
Create a campaign or edit an existing one.
Add the event type “Voicemail”.
Attach the file (should be .mp3 or .wav)
Optional: you can set a custom time of when it could go out by turning on the “custom time” slider.
Then click Save”
