“I would suggest using workflows. ?
In the campaigns section, you can create drip sequences made up of emails, texts, voicemail drops, etc.
In the workflows sections, you can do all of that + add automation. It’s basically campaigns and triggers combined.
For example, with workflows you can send your contacts an email, then, IF they reply with a certain phrase, they can automatically be sent a 2nd email.
In contrast, with campaigns, you would not have the option to automate a custom response based on the contact’s reply.”
