Noah White asked us, “Hey guys, so i have an automated text that goes to my leads when they book an appointment. For some reason, the text it sends them confirming the time of the appointment is a different time than what is in my calendar appointments. How do i fix this?”
“It sounds like your account may be in the wrong Time Zone.
You can update your account’s time zone by going to Settings > Company, then updating your Time Zone under the “Company Address” section. (See Example Below)
Be sure to click “Update Address” after selecting your correct Time Zone. ?”
