“Hey guys, so I have an automated text that goes to my leads when they book an appointment. For some reason, the text it sends them confirming the time of the appointment is a different time than what is in my calendar appointments. How do I fix this?”
Answer:
If your appointment confirmation texts are sending the wrong time, the most likely cause is that your Agent CRM account is set to the wrong time zone. This can result in appointment times being displayed incorrectly in automated messages.
How to Fix the Time Zone in Agent CRM
- Go to Settings
- Log in to Agent CRM and navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Update Your Time Zone
- Click Company and scroll down to the Company Address section.
- Select the correct Time Zone from the dropdown menu.
- Save Your Changes
- Click Update Address to ensure the correct time zone is applied to your account.
- Test Your Appointment Confirmation Messages
- Schedule a test appointment to confirm that the automated text message now displays the correct time.
By updating your time zone settings, your appointment confirmations should now reflect the correct scheduled time.
