Matthew Burleson asked us, “I am setting up an internal notification in one of my workflows. When I do that it is asking me to select a redirect page. I am not sure what this is. I have 3 options if that makes a difference: (contact, conversation, opportunity). Can someone explain what these would be and if they matter? Thanks”

“When an internal notification runs, it sends a notice to either your desktop or mobile device. Once you click/open that notification, it will open up Agent CRM, and the selected option out of the 3 will be where you get redirected! Let me know if this makes sense! 🙂”
