Matthew Burleson asked us, “Hey everyone, I am trying to create an “if/else” conditional step in a workflow where:
1) if a message gets any kind of response (doesn’t have to be yes/no or positive/negative) then the prospect is moved to a new stage in a pipeline
2) if the message does not receive a response then I would like the drip in my workflow to continue.
Having a hard time figuring out how to accomplish this. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA”
