Ilegena Anajiuq Abocaj asked us, “When I created the workflow and the campaign to send sms, text, email & voicemail- does the CRM does this automated once the workflow/campaign is set up and published or do I have to click the automation>conversations>Let’s start button (start it manually)?”

“If you add a trigger to the “Add a New Workflow Trigger” section (pictured below), the workflow will always start whenever that certain action happens.
These are the most common triggers to start a workflow:
– Form Submitted
-Contact Tag > Tag Added
– Appointment > Status: Confirmed
