How to Import HTML Emails into Agent CRM

Yes! Agent CRM allows you to import HTML emails and use them as templates for your campaigns. If you’ve exported your emails from Mailchimp or another email marketing platform, you can easily transfer them into Agent CRM by following these steps.

How to Import an HTML Email into Agent CRM

1. Go to the Email Builder

   • Navigate to Marketing → Emails in Agent CRM.

2. Create a New Email

   • Click the “Create New Email” button in the top-left corner.

3. Select HTML as the Template Type

   • On the next page, choose “HTML” as your email template type.

4. Paste Your HTML Code

   • Copy the HTML source code from your exported Mailchimp email.
   • Paste the HTML directly into the Agent CRM email editor.

5. Preview and Test

   • Click Preview to ensure the email looks correct.
   • Send a test email to verify formatting before sending it to your contacts.

Once imported, your HTML email template will be saved and ready to use for email campaigns inside Agent CRM.
