The Derington Agency asked us, “How are DNC people handled? I have my own list of DNC’s…I called they said…take me off you list. How would I mark them as such after they are imported.”
“When you go to contacts/conversations and you click on a contact’s icon, it would show their info. You should see something like this: (attached). You just need to toggle this on.”
