Chris Kundrock asked us, “Alright, I have a birthday campaign running but I want to limit it to my people who are my clients. I tag my clients with life client, so in the workflow, can I just add that as a trigger?”
“Just add a condition in your workflow that when a client has a “life client” tag the actions will follow. Here’s an example: (attached). Let me know if this makes sense.”
