Rest Assured Life Solutions asked us, “Hello, I am having an issue with uploading my contacts. I have saved them as a csv file but there is still nothing showing. Just wanted to cry one last plea for help before manually entering them into the CRM…Thanks for any suggestions”

“Please be sure that your contact import follow the items below:
– They have a phone number or email address
– When importing, there is only ONE CSV field that includes the phone number and it is mapped to the standard “Phone” field in Agent CRM
– When importing, there is only ONE CSV field that includes the email address and it is mapped to the standard “Email” field in Agent CRM
