Life N Health 365 asked us, “Has the auto dialer changed? a dial pad pops up , isn’t auto dialing system dialing when phone icon is clicked”
“You’ll have to go to Contacts > Manual Actions, then click the button that says “Let’s Start!” in the top, right hand corner. There you’ll be able to start auto dialing. 
It sounds like you may just be clicking the phone button, which gives you the option to place one call to any number you type in.
