How to Use Conversation Views

  1. Go to Conversations in Agent CRM
  2. Click the Views section in the Inbox sidebar
  3. Click + Create View
  4. Apply your filters (e.g. tags, assignment, channel)
  5. Name the view and save it

👥 If you’re an admin, you can share it with the team.
