How to Add Your Calendly Link to a Text Template

  1. Go to Automations

    • Navigate to MarketingTemplatesText Templates in Agent CRM.
  2. Create or Edit a Text Template

    • Select the template where you want to add your Calendly scheduling link.
  3. Paste the Full URL

    • Instead of trying to hyperlink text, paste the entire Calendly URL directly into the message.
    • Example:
      “Let’s schedule a time to chat! Click here: https://calendly.com/yourlink
  4. Test the Message

    • Send a test text message to yourself to confirm that the link appears clickable on mobile devices.

By using the full link, most phones will automatically detect and format it as a clickable link, allowing leads to book an appointment easily.
