Yes! If you operate in multiple states and want to send text messages from different local numbers, you can set this up in Agent CRM by assigning different numbers to different users. Follow these steps to ensure your campaign texts are sent from the correct local number:

  1. Create a Second User
    • Navigate to SettingsTeam Users.
    • Click Add User and set up a secondary user profile.
  2. Assign a Secondary Phone Number
    • Go to SettingsPhone Numbers.
    • Assign your secondary local number to the new user you just created.
  3. Update Your Campaign Settings
    • Go to MarketingCampaigns and open the campaign where you want to use a different number.
  4. Select the Correct User in Campaign Configuration
    • Under the Campaign Configuration section, change the Assigned User to the secondary user.
    • The campaign texts will now be sent from the phone number assigned to that user.

This method allows you to send messages from different numbers based on the user assigned to each campaign, ensuring that contacts receive texts from a local number relevant to their state.
