“You can assign your phone numbers to a different user in order to use your desired phone number in a workflow. Go to Settings > My Staff > Edit, in the Call & Voicemail Settings choose the Twilio number that you want to assign to your specific user. And on the workflow, just add the ‘Assign to User’ action to use the specific number that you want to send SMS with. 🙂”
