You have two options: Standard and Advanced. If you select Standard mode (this is the default setting), then you will manually click to dial the next number on the call campaign. If you select Advanced mode, then the calls will advance to the next number as fast as possible. This speed varies depending on the web application that you using. Some applications require that you mark notes or dispositions after every call.

Steps for setup:

  1. Go to General Settings tab

  2. Click on the “Dialing Mode” dropdown arrow

  3. Select the dialing mode Standard or Advanced

  4. Start your call campaign
