Forgetting or needing to change your password happens to the best of us. Agent CRM provides three simple methods for resetting or updating your password. Let’s walk through each option and ensure you can regain access to your account without a hitch.

Method 1: Reset Password from the Login Screen

  1. Click “Forgot Password?”
    On the login screen, select the “Forgot Password?” button.

  2. Enter Your Email
    Provide the email associated with your Agent CRM account.

  3. Check Your Email
    Look for an email from Alex Branning containing a temporary password. Allow up to 2 minutes for delivery, and check your spam folder if needed.

  4. Log in with the New Password
    Use the newly generated password to log in and update it to something more personal later if desired.

Method 2: Update Password via Profile Settings

  1. Log in to Your Account
    Navigate to the Settings section.

  2. Locate “Change Password”
    On the right-hand side, find the “Change Password” field.

  3. Enter Existing and New Passwords

    • Input your current password in the first field.
    • Enter your new password in the subsequent fields.

  4. Save Changes
    Click “Update Password.” Next time you log in, use the updated password.

Method 3: Update Password via Team Management Settings

  1. Access Team Management Settings
    Go to Settings > Team Management.

  2. Edit Your User Information
    Find your user profile and click “Edit.”

  3. Enter a New Password
    Clear the existing password field and input your new password.

  4. Save Your Changes
    Scroll to the bottom and click “Save.”
