  • Purchase a new domain directly inside Agent CRM

Step 2: Go to Settings > Domains

In the left menu, click:
Settings > Domains


Step 3: Add Your Domain

Click Add Domain, and type in the branded domain you want to use.

  • If you bought your domain in Agent CRM, setup is mostly automatic

  • If it’s an external domain, Agent CRM will provide the DNS records you need (usually CNAME or A records)


Step 4: Update DNS Settings (If Needed)

If you’re using GoDaddy, Namecheap, or another provider:

  • Log in to your domain account

  • Add the records Agent CRM gives you

  • Make sure they match exactly (including spacing, punctuation, etc.)

Step 5: Verify and Go Live

Once records are added:

  • Return to Settings > Domains

  • Click Verify

  • Once verified, your branded domain will go live and replace generic links in:

    • Funnels

    • Calendar pages

    • Automations
