  • Ensure Microphone Compatibility: Your Bluetooth device must have a microphone.
  • Set as Default Audio Device: Connect your Bluetooth device to your computer and ensure it is selected as the default audio device in your settings.

Once connected, you can make and receive calls through Agent CRM seamlessly.


2. Viewing Scripts While Calling:
Currently, scripts cannot be automatically displayed within Agent CRM during calls.

  • Workaround: Consider using a separate device (like a tablet or phone) to display your scripts. Alternatively, resize your browser window to keep the script visible while using Agent CRM.
