1: is it a way to use a Bluetooth device when making calls? (Wireless headphones)
2: is it a way to have your script up while making calls in the CRM? I have a smaller screen so it’s harder to do side by side.”

“1. As long as your Bluetooth device has a microphone on it, you can use it to make your calls through Agent CRM. You’ll just have to have that device connected to your computer as the default audio setting, of course.

2. Currently, scripts are not able to be automatically pulled up within Agent CRM. That is a great idea though, and I’ve sent it to our software developers to hopefully be added in to the system!”
