Here’s what’s rolling out in the latest mobile app update:
🔁 Inbound Call Transfers
When you answer an incoming call in the app, you’ll now see a new Transfer button at the top-right of your screen.
Choose between:
- Blind Transfer – Instantly pass the call to another team member and disconnect.
- Warm Transfer – Join the new call, introduce the caller, share context, then either leave or stay on the line.
👥 Smart Participant Management (Warm Transfers)
During a warm transfer, you can:
- See everyone on the call
- Leave without ending the call
- Remove participants
- End the call for everyone if needed
This is especially useful for team-based agencies, virtual assistants, or agents working with closers or underwriters.

💡 Example 1: Hand Off a Warm Lead
You’re on a call with a life insurance prospect, but they want to dive deep into annuity options.

- Answer any inbound call on the mobile app
- Tap the Transfer icon in the top-right
- Select the teammate (from contacts, staff, keypad, or recents)
- Choose:
- Blind Transfer (instant handoff)
- Warm Transfer (join, assist, and manage the call)
- If using Warm Transfer, manage participants from the bottom panel
