Larry Gatz asked us, “OK- so a question… if I’m on the phone with a client and want to book them an appointment, what’s the best way to do it? Through my own calendar page? On their Contact Card? does it matter?”
“At the end of the day, it’s your choice. But, I would have their contact pulled up and book it from there. You can click on the “appointment” button in the top right after you open up their contact.”
