Heritage Life Solutions asked us, “Can you use your personal cell number inside your Agent CRM account for text/phone correspondence or is it required to use the Twilio number assigned to you?”

 

“If you want any of the automation to work, you’ll have to use a Twilio number. However, you can share your personal cell number in the marketing, and they can send a text directly to the cell phone but Agent CRM will have no record of it, and it will not be able to trigger any workflows.”
