Deb Spaulding asked us, “I’m new to Agent CRM and have a question regarding sending out texts to contacts thru the CRM… is there a way to do it and it comes from my actual cell phone number?”

“In order to begin sending text messages in the software, you will have to purchase a new number under Settings. You won’t be able to send it from your actual cell number. The reason for this is that Agent Crm only integrates with a phone system called Twilio. Head on over to Settings >> Phone Numbers and click add a number to purchase a number that you like 🙂.  You can, however, set it up to forward to your cell number. So if somebody calls your new Agent CRM number it can forward to you.”
