Bruce Kuczinski asked us, “If a contact has a landline, how can I make that number the default number for dialing without triggering unsuccessful SMS messages when it’s in a campaign?”

“The only thing I can think of is to make a tag ‘landline’ and add this tag to the contacts that have landlines. Then, you could set up a trigger that removes the contact from your sms campaign(s) when they get the tag ‘landline’. This may or may not work depending on how or when you add people to the SMS campaign.
However, you do not receive any charges for unsuccessful SMS messages, so you don’t need to worry about getting charged for those.”
