Wesley Raymond Ging asked us, “I pulled a list out of my Agent Crm but I want to make sure I know which ones have been DNC. Is there a way to find out?”
“Yes! There is a way to do that. There is a columns button near the top of your Contacts tab. Select Columns, then DND and you’ll notice that “DND” will become it’s own column.
