Wesley Raymond Ging asked:
“I pulled a list out of my Agent CRM, but I want to make sure I know which ones have been DNC. Is there a way to find out?”

Answer:

Yes! You can identify and export contacts marked as DNC (Do Not Contact) by adding a DND (Do Not Disturb) column in Agent CRM. This ensures that when you pull a contact list, you can see which contacts are flagged as DNC before reaching out to them.

How to Identify DNC Contacts in Agent CRM

1. Open the Contacts Tab

  • Log in to your Agent CRM account.
  • Click on Contacts in the left-hand menu.

2. Add the “DND” Column

  • Near the top of the Contacts page, click the Columns button.
  • A list of available data fields will appear.
  • Find and select “DND” (Do Not Disturb).
  • The DND status will now be visible as a separate column in your contacts list.

3. Export the List with DNC Information

  • Once the DND column is visible, click on Export to download your contact list.
  • The exported CSV file will now include a DND column, making it easy to filter out contacts who should not be contacted.

Why This is Important

  • Avoid calling or messaging DNC contacts, preventing compliance issues and unwanted interactions.
  • Maintain an organized database by tracking which contacts are restricted from outreach.
  • Easily filter and sort contacts when managing campaigns and communications.
