Also I want the caller Id when I call someone to say RocketPro is this possible?”

“Go to Settings >> Phone numbers and click the pencil icon to edit your phone number. Inside the pop up, check the box that says “Whisper Message”. You could change that to say “Call from Agent CRM”
You can’t change your caller ID within Agent CRM itself, but there is a free tool called calltransparency.com . All you have to do is register your phone number with your business name on that site!”
