Craig Bonson asked us, “I am trying to do Manual calls. I set up the campaign but I do not see the manual call option in the upper right to choose?”
“You will see that under the Conversations tab > Manual Actions. Make sure you add those contacts to your Manual Call Campaign before you can start calling them! ?
You can always add the contact to your Manual Call campaign if you need to call them again. Just a reminder though, toggle ON the Allow Multiple in your campaign/workflow.”
