How to Schedule an Email in Agent CRM

  1. Go to Automations

    • Navigate to AutomationsWorkflows inside Agent CRM.
  2. Create a New Workflow

    • Click “+ Create Workflow” and select Start from Scratch.
    • Set the Trigger as “Contact Added” or another action that determines when the email should be sent.
  3. Add an Email Action

    • Click “+”, then choose “Send Email” as the action.
  4. Set the Delay

    • Click “+ Add” before the email action and select “Wait”.
    • Choose the exact date and time you want the email to be sent.
  5. Save and Activate the Workflow

    • Click Save and toggle the workflow ON to activate it.
    • The email will now be sent at the scheduled time.
