How to Schedule an Email in Agent CRM

Go to Automations
- Navigate to Automations → Workflows inside Agent CRM.

Create a New Workflow
- Click “+ Create Workflow” and select Start from Scratch.
- Set the Trigger as “Contact Added” or another action that determines when the email should be sent.

Add an Email Action
- Click “+”, then choose “Send Email” as the action.

Set the Delay
- Click “+ Add” before the email action and select “Wait”.
- Choose the exact date and time you want the email to be sent.

Save and Activate the Workflow
- Click Save and toggle the workflow ON to activate it.
- The email will now be sent at the scheduled time.
