You can add numbers to your Do Not Call List to avoid contacting them in the future. Recipients may also add themselves to your Do Not Call List via SMS or IVR opt-out if it is enabled (see IVR Opt-out). If you are using our SMS products, anyone who opts out from within a text message will also be added to this list.

If you would like to add someone to your DNC List, click on “Add New Number”. You will see a new prompt that asks you input a number to add to the list. After you enter a number, it will appear on this list.

You can remove someone from your DNC list if you manually added them. Anyone that opted-out through the IVR system will not be able to be removed from your list.
