Bruce Kuczinski asked us, “Is there a way for me to override my available times to schedule appointments? I don’t want to have to go into settings and change the global availability to book an appointment and have then go to change it back.”

“You can definitely block the times off in your Google Calendar. As long as your Google Calendar and Agent CRM calendar are integrated, it would block the time off in Agent CRM, as well. Alternatively, you could block the time off in your Agent CRM calendar instead. Here is a video Ryan made to show you how:

It sounds like you’re currently setting the appointments from your contact’s record, which is where it will only allow you to select a time within your availability.
However, if you schedule from your calendar (Scheduling > Calendar) instead, it will allow you to schedule an appointment for any time (even outside of your set availability).”
