📎 Group SMS Just Leveled Up: Attachment Support is Here!

Sales and service teams rely heavily on Group SMS for quick coordination. Until now, the one big gap was sending files and images. That’s gone.

🆕 What’s New:

  • Send & receive attachments inside Group SMS

  • Images and files appear inline for full message context

We’ve heard your frustrations about unclear Do Not Disturb updates. Was it a workflow? A manual action? Who changed it, and why?

  • DND updates now show the source

    • “DND Enabled by workflow”

    • “DND Disabled by workflow”

  • Manual changes still show as user-initiated

  • Activity logs now show the full picture for every status change
