Yes! Agent CRM already includes a built-in Reputation feature that allows you to request and manage reviews.
You can access it by navigating to:

✅ Create Review Requests – Customize your standard email, text, and website widget to request reviews from clients.
✅ Send Review Requests Instantly – Reach out to both new and existing contacts to build and maintain a strong online reputation.
✅ Track and Manage Reviews – Monitor incoming feedback directly within Agent CRM.
What If I Don’t See the Reputation Tab?
If you don’t see the Reputation tab in your settings, you may need to enable the Reviews permission in your account.
📌 How to Turn On the Reputation Tab:
- Go to Settings > Team Management
- Click Edit next to your user profile
- Select “User Permissions”
- Find the Reviews section and turn it ON
- Click Save
- Refresh your screen, and the Reputation tab should now be visible
