“Hello everyone! We do have a Reputation tab included in Agent CRM. 🙂 You will find this by going to Settings > Reputation. (See attached image)
This page allows you to create your standard Review Request for email, text, and website widget. It, also, allows you to send your review requests to new and existing contacts right away.
