Yes! Agent CRM already includes a built-in Reputation feature that allows you to request and manage reviews.

You can access it by navigating to:

What If I Don’t See the Reputation Tab?

If you don’t see the Reputation tab in your settings, you may need to enable the Reviews permission in your account.

📌 How to Turn On the Reputation Tab:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Management
  2. Click Edit next to your user profile
  3. Select “User Permissions”
  4. Find the Reviews section and turn it ON
  5. Click Save
  6. Refresh your screen, and the Reputation tab should now be visible
