Jon Jordan asked us, “Are you able to change a timezone for the time on an automation event date/time? Not seeing how to do that.”

“Date-based triggers and actions (in a workflow) will run everyday at 8am your timezone.
If you are sending message reminders for an appointment (before X hour of the appointment), the contact will get the message “X hour before” based on their timezone. This will work given your trigger is appointment being booked.

The wait action, Event/Appointment time will run based on a contact’s time zone. If no time zone is selected for a contact, what will be saved by default is the same as your account’s. Other than that, you cannot set a time zone for an event action.”
