Chris Kundrock asked us, “When someone either reschedules or cancels an appointment is there a way to get a notification? I had one cancel today and I didn’t know about it until hours after I called for the appointment.”

“Yes! If you have used the custom values {{appointment.cancellation_link}} on your appointment confirmation message to your contacts, then you can start an automation that looks like this:

This way, if your contacts cancelled their appointment using that cancellation link, you will get notified.”
