Whether you’re working solo or part of a larger team, every user in your Agent CRM workspace has their own profile, and setting it up correctly is essential for automation, appointment scheduling, and professional communication.
This post walks you through everything your User Profile controls—and how to optimize it for success.
Where to Find Your Profile Settings
To get started, go to:
Settings → My Profile
Here you’ll be able to:
- Upload a profile image
- Change your name or login email (⚠️ note: changing this updates your login credentials)
- Select your default calendar
- Set your email signature used across all Branding Bundle campaigns
- Sync with your external email or calendar services
Customize Your Email Signature
Your signature isn’t just a formality—it’s built directly into your marketing.
Even if you don’t enable the “signature” setting on outgoing emails, our pre-built Branding Bundles will automatically insert your formatted signature into every message.
Pro tip:
- Format your name with bold or custom text
- Include your license number or office line
- Add a Calendly/booking link for easy scheduling
Calendar Integration: Sync and Automate
Want your prospects to see your real-time availability? Want reminders to hit at the perfect time?
You need to integrate your calendar.
From Settings → My Profile, you can:
- Add a Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar
- Grant permission to sync both ways
- Set which calendar Agent CRM writes events to (important for logging appointments!)
- Cross-check against other calendars to avoid double-booking
- Connect Zoom or Google Meet for auto-inserting meeting links
For example, you might sync:
- Work calendar (writes appointments here)
- Personal calendar (used for conflict detection only)
Customize Your Availability and Work Hours
This is where the magic happens.
You control what hours appear available to leads and clients on your booking page by:
- Setting start and stop times per day
- Creating split shifts (ex: 8am–12pm & 3:15pm–5pm)
- Copying hours across days
- Blocking off specific dates like holidays or birthdays
Example:
If you never want to work weekends or after 5pm, you can set that up once and apply it across your entire account.
Bonus Tip: You can even create multiple schedules for different appointment types, like new lead calls vs. policy reviews.
Add Extra Users and Manage Staff Access
If you’re the admin on your account, head over to:
Settings → My Staff
Here you can:
- Add new users to your account
- Assign user roles (ex: admin, sales rep, support)
- Allow each team member to set their own profile and calendar

Final Step: Save and Apply Changes
Once everything looks good:
✅ Click Update Availability
✅ Confirm your default calendar and email
✅ Test a booking link to ensure your availability looks right
