Pauline Cote Kalil asked us, “I am in the middle of my 14 day free trial & I’ve yet to be able to create a campaign. When I go to Automation on Workflows comes up. Is this because it is still my trial period?”
“Since Workflows is a new, advanced feature that combines the functions of campaigns and triggers together, all new accounts do not have the campaigns or triggers feature activated.
The idea is to use workflows for everything because the functionality includes everything campaigns and triggers can do (and more)!
