“Trying to send out a text and email to announce the winner of my giveaway, but I don’t have bulk requests in my CRM menu. How can I do this?”
Answer:
Agent CRM has updated the way you can send bulk messages. Instead of using Bulk Requests, you will now use the “Add to Campaign” feature directly from the Contacts page.
How to Send a Bulk Text and Email in Agent CRM

Go to Your Contacts Page
- Navigate to Contacts inside Agent CRM.

Select the Contacts You Want to Message
- Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to include in the announcement.
- If you want to send the message to everyone in your list, click “Select All.”

Click the “Add to Campaign” Button
- At the top of the screen, click the robot icon labeled “Add to Campaign.”

Choose the Campaign
- Type in the name of the campaign you want to add these contacts to.
- If you don’t have a campaign set up yet, create a new one under Marketing → Campaigns.

Select When to Send the Messages
- Choose whether you want to send the messages immediately or at a scheduled time.

Click “Add to Campaign”
- Once added, Agent CRM will automatically send the email and text to the selected contacts based on the campaign settings.
