Merilyn Jeffs asked us, “Trying to send out a text and email to announce the winner of my giveaway, but I don’t have bulk requests in my CRM menu. How can I do this?”

“There’s actually a new way of adding leads to your campaigns!
Instead of making a bulk request, go to your Contacts page, select the contacts you want to add, and then select the button with the robot icon- “add to campaign”.
You’ll simply type in the name of the campaign you want to add those contacts, choose when you want them to go out, and hit add to the campaign.
