Rod Delos Reyes asked us:
“Hello, can anyone point me in the right direction, please? I am trying to get my domain verified for Facebook Ads, but it seems like Agent CRM cannot identify the meta tag that I added. Or am I missing something here? Has anyone tried verifying their domain directly on Agent CRM? Thank you!”

Answer:

There are two ways to verify your domain for Facebook Ads inside Agent CRM:

  1. DNS Verification (Recommended Method)
  2. Meta Tag Verification Through the Funnel Settings

If the meta tag method is not working, the best alternative is to verify your domain using DNS verification, as it is typically more reliable.

    • Select the funnel associated with your domain.
    • Click Settings at the top of the page.

    • Click Add Meta Tag.
    • In the name field, enter:
      facebook-domain-verification
    • In the content field, paste the meta tag value copied from Facebook.
  3. Save Your Changes

    • Click Save once.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the meta tag method does not work, use the DNS verification method instead (recommended).
