✅ What’s New (and Awesome)

Now you can tag your contacts right from the campaign stats screen, with these powerful options:

🔹 Tag by Interaction

Quickly tag people who:

  • Opened your email 
  • Clicked on a link 
  • Bounced or unsubscribed 

→ All with just a few clicks from the stats screen.

🔹 Auto-Tag Future Interactions

Want to tag anyone who clicks that campaign—even if they haven’t yet?

Just select “All”, click Add Tags, and check the box for Auto-Tagging.

Now every new open or click will automatically be tagged moving forward.

🔹 Trackable Logs

Every tag you assign gets logged in the Bulk Actions section for full visibility.

You can also track which tags were applied to which users for each campaign.

🛠️ How to Use It

Here’s your step-by-step walkthrough:

  1. Go to Marketing → Email Campaigns 
  2. Find your sent campaign 
  3. Click the three-dot menu → Select Statistics 
  4. Click Load More 
  5. Scroll to Opened, Clicked, etc. 
  6. Select contacts → Click Add Tags 
  7. ✅ Want to auto-tag future interactions? 
    • Select All 
    • Click Add Tags 
    • Toggle Auto-Tagging ON 

You’ll see all tagging activity in the Tags and Bulk Actions sections.

⚠️ A Few Quick Notes

  • Auto-tagging only works for Opens and Clicks 
  • It’s not available for “Skipped” contacts 
  • Auto-tagging only works if you select All contacts 
  • All bulk tagging actions are logged under Bulk Actions 
  • Auto-tagging activity is not shown in Bulk Actions (but still works!)
