As an insurance agent, your calendar is more than just a scheduling tool—it’s your silent assistant.
A properly configured calendar does a lot of heavy lifting for your business:
- It protects your time
- Keeps your appointments organized and conflict-free
- Collects lead info before the meeting
- And gives your brand a polished, professional look
If you haven’t customized your calendar inside Agent CRM yet, now’s the time to get it done. Here’s exactly how.
🗓️ Step-by-Step: Set Up Your Agent CRM Calendar
• Step 1: Find Your Pre-Built Calendar
Go to Settings > Calendars.
You’ll already see a calendar installed from your Branning Bundle.
Click the edit icon next to it to start customizing.
• Step 2: Customize the Basics
Inside the calendar editor, you can:
- Upload your square logo
- Rename your calendar
- Add a description
- Update your calendar link
- If you have a team:
• Assign staff
• Set priority order
• Choose Zoom or in-person as the meeting location
• Step 3: Set Your Availability
Protect your time by defining:
- Available days and hours
- Unavailable dates (vacation, holidays, busy days)
- Meeting length (e.g., 30 mins)
- How far ahead people can book (e.g., 14 days)
- Daily or slot-based booking limits
- Recurring meetings for admin work or team syncs
• Step 4: Customize Forms & Allow Guests
Before someone books, you can ask them anything you want.
Edit the form fields to gather:
- Policy interest
- Budget
- Spouse name
You can also enable the “Add Guests” feature if you want clients to include family members or partners in the meeting.
• Step 5: Tweak Branding & Notifications
The Branning Bundle already includes reminders and follow-up emails.
You can add more messages, customize your branding, or allow leads to pick which team member they want to meet with.
• Step 6: Activate & Share Your Calendar
When everything looks good:
- Click the three dots > Activate Calendar
- Hit Save
- Grab the calendar link
- Go to Account Customizer > Calendar, and update the dropdown with your new link
Now all your automation emails, funnels, and forms will point to the correct calendar.
• Step 7: Take It to the Next Level
Want a fully branded, professional experience?
Embed your calendar inside your website or funnel.
Then connect your custom domain for a polished look—your booking links will look like:
