Step-by-step onboarding checklist (do this in order)
1) Sign up & start your free trial (5 minutes)
Go to http://www.agent-crm.com and sign up for the 14-day free trial. We don’t hold anything back — you’ll have access to every feature so you can test the real system.
2) Open the Activator (10 minutes)
After you log in, click Activator from the left menu. The Activator walks you through Phase 1 (system setup) with short, embedded training videos. Follow the steps in order — they’re bite-sized and action oriented.
Why it matters: the Activator turns setup into a checklist instead of a guessing game.
3) Fill in the Account Customizer (15 minutes)
Open the Account Customizer and add:

Your business name

Your logo

Your profile photo(s)

Your short bio and social links
When you save the customizer, every imported branding bundle (emails, funnels, SMS templates) instantly updates with your colors, logo, and profile — that means branded emails, landing pages, and funnels are ready without manual edits.
Quick win: This one step takes ~15 minutes and makes everything feel like your system.
4) Import a Branning Bundle (5–10 minutes)
Go to Click & Play Assets and choose the Medicare, Life, Final Expense, or other Branning Bundles that match your products. Import the bundle — workflows, email sequences, funnels, and scripts are included.
Why it matters: You don’t have to write a single email or build a funnel from scratch.
5) Connect your phone & calling (10–20 minutes)
Set up your Agent CRM phone number (A2P verification help available). Enable Speed-to-Lead notifications so you (or your agent team) get pinged the instant a lead opts in.
Pro tip: If you want LOANNE.AI voice capture or advanced call handling, ask about the LOANNE add-on during your onboarding call.
6) Import contacts & set AEP/OEP dates (15–30 minutes depending on list size)
Upload your CSV of contacts. Make sure to include important fields like review date, policy type, and AEP/OEP windows. These fields let the system segment and trigger the right campaigns automatically.
7) Activate the core workflows (5–10 minutes)
From your imported bundle, review these must-have workflows:

8) Train AgentAI for your product (15–45 minutes)
The bot will answer routine questions and book qualified leads or escalate to a live agent when needed.

9) Enable SOA Click-to-Send & policy fields (10 minutes)
Turn on the policy fields and the SOA (Statement of Advice) Click-to-Send feature so you can deliver compliant documents quickly from the contact record.

10) Localize and enable Spanish workflows (optional, 15 minutes)
If you serve Spanish-speaking clients, activate the Language Switcher on your funnel and enable the Spanish-specific workflows. The system supports EN ⇄ ES toggling so prospects get messages in their language.
11) Test your flows (15–30 minutes)
Create a test lead, walk through the entire journey (form fill → Smart List → new lead workflow → appointment booking → no-show recovery). Confirm SMS, email, and phone notifications arrive as expected.
