Medicare agents juggle a lot during every call and every sign up.
They need to stay on script. They need to capture the right information. They need to keep paperwork organized. They need to protect compliance. And at the same time, they still have to build trust with the client on the other end of the line.
That is a lot to manage at once.
The more tools, tabs, documents, and manual steps involved, the easier it becomes for something to get missed.
That is exactly why we added two new features to the Agent CRM Medicare Bundle.
These updates are designed to make Medicare calls smoother, reduce manual admin work, and help agents keep the right information exactly where it belongs.
The two new updates are:
Built in call scripts
Automatic SOA form PDFs
Both are simple, practical, and built around how Medicare agents actually work every day.
Built In Call Scripts
The first new feature is built in call scripts.
Medicare agents can now access custom call scripts directly inside GoHighLevel while they are on a live call.
This is powered by the native GHL Call Scripts feature, and we have added custom fields to the Medicare Bundle customizer so agents can enter their own scripts.
Once the scripts are saved, they show up in Phone Settings.
Then, when an agent is on a live call, they can simply click the Call Scripts button and follow along.
That means no more switching between tabs.
No more pulling up a separate Google Doc.
No more copying scripts into a notepad.
No more trying to stay present with the client while also searching for the right language.
The script is right there when the agent needs it.
Why Built In Scripts Matter
A good Medicare call requires focus.
The agent needs to listen carefully, ask the right questions, follow the right flow, and make sure the client understands the next step.
When the script is sitting in a separate document, it creates friction.
The agent has to bounce between tools. They may lose their place. They may miss details. They may sound less confident because they are trying to manage too many things at once.
Built in call scripts make the process cleaner.
They help agents stay on track without losing the human side of the conversation.
The client still gets a real conversation, but the agent has the guidance they need right inside the calling experience.
That is especially useful for Medicare agents because the language matters. The flow matters. The details matter.
Having the script accessible during the call helps create a more consistent and professional process.
Setup Is Simple
To make this easier, we also added a short training video that walks through the setup step by step.
Agents can follow the training, enter their scripts into the custom fields inside the Medicare Bundle customizer, and then access those scripts during calls through Phone Settings.
And if anyone needs help getting it configured, our team is available for a QuickFix call.
The goal is to make the feature useful quickly.
We do not want agents getting stuck trying to figure out where the script goes or how to open it during a call. The training and support are there so agents can get set up and start using it confidently.
Automatic SOA Form PDFs
The second update is automatic SOA form PDFs.
Every Scope of Appointment form submission now generates a PDF copy that attaches directly to the contact’s profile inside Agent CRM.
This is powered by a new GoHighLevel document generation feature.
Before this update, agents often had to manually download and save each SOA PDF one by one.
That created unnecessary admin work.
It also created more room for error.
If the PDF was downloaded but not saved correctly, or saved somewhere outside the contact record, it could become harder to find later when the agent needed it for compliance or reference.
Now the process is much cleaner.
When the SOA form is submitted, the PDF is automatically generated and attached to the correct contact profile.
Everything lives where it should.
Why Automatic SOA PDFs Are a Big Deal
Scope of Appointment documentation is important for Medicare agents.
Agents need a clean way to keep records organized and accessible.
When SOA PDFs are handled manually, the process can become messy fast.
An agent may have one PDF in downloads, another saved to a desktop folder, another attached somewhere else, and another that still needs to be uploaded.
That is not ideal.
With automatic SOA PDFs, the document is attached directly to the contact profile. That gives the agent one clear place to look when they need to review the form.
It also saves time.
Instead of manually downloading, naming, saving, and attaching files, the system does the work.
That means less admin and more time for actual client conversations.
Built With Real Medicare Agents in Mind
Both of these updates came from listening closely to how Medicare agents actually work day to day.
The goal was not to add flashy features just for the sake of adding features.
The goal was to remove friction.
Medicare agents need tools that make the day easier, not more complicated.
Built in call scripts help agents stay focused during conversations.
Automatic SOA PDFs help keep documentation organized without extra manual work.
Together, these updates make the Medicare Bundle more practical, more organized, and easier to use during real sales and service conversations.
Rolling Out to the Medicare Bundle First
These updates are rolling out to the Medicare Bundle first.
That makes sense because Medicare agents deal with specific call flows, documentation needs, and compliance related processes that benefit from better organization.
But this is only the beginning.
Agent CRM plans to bring similar upgrades to other bundles soon.
The bigger vision is simple:
Help insurance agents spend less time fighting with tools and more time doing revenue generating work.
That means more organized systems, better workflows, cleaner documentation, and easier access to the information agents need during the moments that matter.
Final Takeaway
Medicare agents already have enough to manage.
They should not have to juggle separate script documents during live calls.
They should not have to manually download and attach every SOA PDF.
They should not have to waste time on repetitive admin work that the system can handle for them.
With built in call scripts and automatic SOA form PDFs, the Agent CRM Medicare Bundle is becoming even more useful for real Medicare sales workflows.
These updates help agents stay organized, stay consistent, and stay focused on the client conversation.
That is the real win.
