Instagram Collab posts allow you to share a single piece of content that publishes to two accounts at once. It appears on both profiles and shares all engagement metrics—likes, comments, and reach.

How to Use Instagram Collabs as an Insurance Agent:

  • Partner with Referral Sources: Co-post with a real estate agent or mortgage broker.

  • Spotlight Community Events: Partner with a local business in a giveaway.

  • Team Introductions: Feature new hires, business partners, or advisors.

How to Use It:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner

  2. Connect your Instagram (or use an existing one)

  3. Create a new post, upload content, add hashtags, and location

  4. Choose Feed or Reel for the collab option to work

  5. Add the Instagram handle of your collaborator

  6. Schedule or publish your post

Link Shortener: Clean, Clickable URLs with Tracking Power

Now, Agent CRM’s Social Planner includes a built-in Link Shortener (also called a URL shortener)—a tool that converts long, clunky links into clean, branded, trackable URLs.

  • Keeps your social posts looking clean and professional

  • Makes links more clickable and trustworthy

  • Helps you prepare for future tracking and performance insights

  • Great for lead magnets, giveaway pages, and quote funnels

How to Use the Link Shortener (Step-by-Step)

  1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner

  2. Click Create Post

  3. In the post composer, select your social platform

  4. Add your post content and paste your long URL

Create and Customize a Short Link:

  1. Click on the Shortened URL icon

  2. A window will appear—enter:

    • The name of the link

    • The target URL

    • Any custom parameters (great for campaign tracking)

  3. Click Generate and Insert Link

  4. The short URL will display in the preview, while your content editor will still show the long URL

You can reuse that same shortened link again in future posts.

Domain Settings:

  • The short URL will use your branded domain from your Location Settings > Branded Domain

  • If a branded domain isn’t available, it defaults to the white-labeled LeadConnector domain

Tracking Clicks (Coming Soon):

While click statistics aren’t live yet, they’re in development. This means you’ll soon be able to see how many people are clicking your links—and optimize based on performance.
